The final bot now manages 10+ workers in 4+ lounges.
The owner of the business no longer needs to handle paperwork, as all calculations and information collection are automated by the bot.
The Project
Creation of a Telegram bot for managing workers in several lounges. The bot should have the ability to control the start and close of shifts and collect needed information. Additionally, it prepares reports and sends them to the admin.
Scope of Work:
- Designing a prototype of the lounge bar manager.
- Developing functions: Role manager, lounges managers, preparation of reports based on each worker and summary of the lounge.
- Setting up availability to add new workers and block old ones if needed.
Technologies Utilized
Design: Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
Backend Development: Aiogram, Python, PostgreSQL for back-end development.
