The Project
A working demo of an end-to-end system for a moving company: from the first lead to the paid job and the Google review. Every lead gets an answer in under a minute, a quote and follow-ups until it books, while the office only steps in where it is really needed.
Scope of Work:
Customer Website & Quote Chat:
- Mobile-first landing page with an instant quote chat that understands free text.
- Photo inventory: furniture is recognised from room photos right in the browser.
- Pricing engine for local (hourly) and long-distance (weight × miles) moves, three package options, e-signature and deposit.
Office CRM:
- Unified inbox for leads from the website, Google, Moving.com, Yelp and referrals.
- Pipeline that moves cards on its own as leads reply, get quoted and book.
Dispatch & Crew App:
- Dispatch board with trucks, crew roster and skill-based suggestions.
- Crew phone app: job sheet, signatures, extras, payment and tip.
Automations (Autopilot):
- Instant lead reply, auto-quote, follow-up sequence, pre-move reminders, live tracking texts, review requests with smart routing of unhappy customers.
Owner Dashboard:
- Revenue, conversion, lead-source ROI and reputation in one screen.
- Live sync between devices: book on the phone and watch the office screen update.
Technologies Utilized
Front-End: React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, Recharts; installable PWA.
AI: TensorFlow.js (COCO-SSD) for photo inventory directly in the browser.
Back-End: Node.js sync server with real-time updates over Server-Sent Events.
Infrastructure: Docker, Nginx (OpenResty), Let's Encrypt SSL.
